CASE HISTORY:
History of Present Illness: This 23 year old patient had and
episode of bleeding two weeks ago. He was sitting on a bar stool when
he noticed bleeding from the tip of the penis. The volume of blood
loss left a quarter sized hemorrhagic spot in his clothing. The
lesion bled slightly later that evening.
Past Medical History: His past medical history is
non-contributory.
Medications: The patient was on no medications at the time
including previous consumption of NSAID's in the week preceding the
incident.

Total body skin examination demonstrated a 4 mm friable, clear papule at the orifice of the urethra. Blood vessels are visible in the lesion. |
