PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: |
This 79 year old has a several year history of lesions on the penile shaft. |
Several small erythematous plaques and plaques with well-demarcated borders were found on the penis. |

His course of treatments have included ketoconazole cream,
fluconazole ointment, Tetracycline, Bacitracin ointment, topical
5-fluorouracil 5% cream, and local electrodessication and curettage
and have not proven effective.
